Michelin Nord Europa 2020 tutte le nuove stelle!

Continua il lavoro di sensibilizzazione della Guida Michelin in tema di sostenibilità ambientale premiando 27 ristoranti con il nuovo simbolo del trifoglio. Sul palco delle premiazioni  i due tre stelle Michelin, il Geranium a Copenhagen e il Frantzen di Stoccolma. Niente terza stella per Noma di Renè Redzepi. Tra le due stelle sopresa per l’Alchemist a Copenhagen che parte direttamente con il doppio macarons e il Jordnær che raddoppia.

Tra le curiosità, stella michelin anche per il Dill in Islanda e a Omakase by Vladimir Pak (chef russo di nascita che propone sushi in Norvegia. Tra i premi speciali, Rasmus Kofoedc hef del Geranium a Copenaghen è lo chef “Mentore“, Tina Kragh Vildgaard vince il premio “Welcome & Service Award 2020″ nel bistellato Jordnær. Infine Magnus Ek chef del Oaxen Krog vince il premio “Sustainability Award 2020″.
